Personal message from Amy...
I know you feel confused, anxious and fed up when it comes to the gym and training.
Maybe you have tried using the machines but not sure if you are using them right, downloaded all the exercise apps, used a trainer and tried everything but nothing is changing?

UNDERSTAND HOW WE GOT HERE……...
At the root of our fitness goals lies deeply held beliefs and memories about our body and ourselves.
We may have been told to lose weight by our parents, we may have been bullied for having braces, we may have compared ourselves to an unrealistic image.
Think back to a time where you started pulling yourself a part,
These early experiences are what holds us back. We think we can’t get the results we desire because we hold on to these beloefs that simply are not true.
We tend to stay stuck and fall back into old patterns (coping behaviours) is because it simply feels familiar.
To get ourselves out of these patterns, we have to be consistent over a period of time.
And these 12 Weeks will help guide you on a gentle, yet effective path to rewire your thoughts and beliefs so you can have the tools to live a sustainable, fulfilling, happy lifestyle.

Signs you could be self sabotaging……
You say you will start Monday but binge beforehand.

When does the program start?
