I have 4 kids, 3 boys and 1 girl.

Am a qualified beauty therapist
Just completed my cert 3 and 4 in fitness and currently studying my nutrition and women’s health studies.
​
I have been weight training for 12 years. I couldn’t decide between nursing or fitness so I decided I'd start with fitness, as that fits with my lifestyle and kids right now.
I love weight training and gym is part of my personality.
​
I’m always in the kitchen meal prepping for the kids or myself. I love food anything sweet is my go too.

My name is Hazel!

I’m 26 years old and I am so excited to be joining the amazing Aimz fitness community.
​
I have been on my own fitness journey since 2021 and have fallen in love with the process and helping other likeminded women be the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves.
​
I love going to the beach in summer, hikes and brunch with the girls but most of all I love spending time with my partner and our 5 year old son. My biggest milestone in life is definitely having my son.

If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that fitness isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am.
​
For as long as I can remember, the gym has been my second home. Along the way, I’ve tested myself in powerlifting (yep, stepped on the platform twice), bodybuilding, and even dipped into the world of CrossFit. Right now? I’m throwing some punches and learning the ropes of boxing.
​
I hold my Cert III in Fitness and am currently completing my Cert IV at Fit College meaning I’ve got the knowledge and the experience to back it up. My biggest flex, though? Helping people like you master new movements, sharpen your technique, and feel stronger and more confident inside and outside the gym.
Whether you’re here to lift heavier, move better, or just finally enjoy training without the confusion, I’m here to bring the energy, keep things fun, and make sure you walk away feeling like a stronger version of yourself.
