I am passionate about creating light for others so they feel empowered to transform their life.
My name is Amy Williams and I am a lover of life.
I specialise in guiding women to nourish their body, mind, soul and spirit by teaching them that nothing is impossible.
I used to think if I didn't run everyday I would get fat.
I used to eat 1,400 calories and anything above that, I would get fat.
I used to suffer silently from Bulimia because I had deep rooted insecurities.
I was my own worst enemy.
But I knew, that deep down, I was worth more than this.
And that is what I am teaching women from all over Australia, that there is a way to love yourself wholly, to train because your body can do amazing things and to eat without feeling guilty!
